Introducing Case Studies

In an effort to cater more information to the buyer’s journey on the Detroit Labs website, I spearheaded an effort to introduce many year’s worth of case studies to the website. Prior to this effort, Detroit Labs had zero social proof of client work, project success, and client satisfaction. I designed a creative brief that allowed key stakeholders and subject-matter experts to contribute to the document and speak to key elements of past projects. The result was well-written case studies published to the Detroit Labs website that explained the client challenge, the Detroit Labs approach, and the key results of the project
